MVP made some type of joke to a wellness tester and that tester ran back and told Prichard and Johnny Ace, and that’s what started that stupid ass losing streak gimmick. I know MVP eventually won the IC title on Raw awhile after that, but he was never the same after that BS. He was at his highest point when they killed him off like that.
MVP got over in 07 after Matt Hardy laid down for him...Benoit lost to him too but then he was on that losing streak shyt. Lol. All the marketing and pushing didn't mean nothing but they made sure Blandy got a million title shots and 13 world titles..made sure Sheamus inexplicably won a world title like 3x out of nowhere to TERRIBLE ratings but no one cares about that. Its all good for some reason. Yet a Shelton becoming a world champion contender is the worst crime in the world. Scust.
