I can't stand sagging. Yall got the right to do it, but it's really does look stupid in my opinion. Especially when you see dudes wearing $300 belts while sagging.
I stopped sagging when I was about 22. During that time it was all about wearing fitted jeans. sagging in skinny jeans never made sense to be. Sagging in baggy shyt at least implies the rationale that may be to oversized for you.
