i notice this as well but is this just due to nikkas in college having better weight lifting programs + better resources in addition to the ped's cuz most of my nikkas that didnt go anywhere after HS they stayed in tip top shape but just didnt really progress

Dudes who peak in high school is because they simply stopped working out as hard. When you're playing a sport in high school or college (or professional, or whatever) there's people right there MAKING SURE you work out. After you're done playing, it's all on you. And if you don't have any drive to be in shape then :yeshrug:

That's why after high school I started looking :flabbynsick:

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
i dont trust my knees so i dont try to dunk anymore

You doing them smooth looking finger rolls now too? :gladbron:

I can still dunk, but the idea of tearing my ACL/MCL and the cost associated with it got me playing that old man, feet on the ground game.

*Fastbreak*
*Catches the ball*
*Everyone thinks thunderous dunk*
*WNBA highlight worthy finger roll*

its easier for me to get in shape and stay in shape now at 27 then it was at 21ish. my body shape is a lot better now and i think i will be prime in the next couple years

a lot of guys who were the huge guys in my high school are all flabby now. i was always average size now in my late 20's im showing them up in a lot of cases when i wasnt before

Prolly not as old as you but I do this shyt too easy as way to score imo
Solid jad step/pump fake combo and boom to the rack

On the real any whose doesn't have alot of athleticism should invest in a post game I'm a 5'9 nikka looking like a young Zbo when I step out

When you start losing ya hops man :to:
Used to try and dunk all day
Then diminished to clapping
Now fukk all that Drose floaters all day

I was a scrawny nerd in high school and still am at 27. :sadcam:

Starting to think I'll be in the same mediocre shape for life. I try to make it to the gym a few times a week at least but I just don't put on muscle too easily. My cardio is kind of weak too, after a mile or two I'm pretty much done.

Peak male bone density is reached at around 27, so technically thats when you can be at your strongest after about 30 your bones start to deteriorate (albeit at a very slow rate :youngsabo:)
