When do we realistically think demand for the PS5 will become normal?

This chip shortage only makes the consumer feel special. Nothing good from this for Sony.

I'm sure that store retailers aren't happy about it either seeing as they have PS5 games and accessories sitting in store as the people who actually want the consoles can't get them. Not having the console in store and having to sell it mainly online is hurting them.

The resell prices for ps5 have dropped a lot in recent months, i think it dropped from around 850 in the beginning o the year down to 650 now. But i assume its gonna bounce back up in the next week or two with holiday shopping starting

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a console continue to be this high in demand and sell out in seconds a year after release like the PS5.

I've seen one and it damn near came out at around the same time.
