Smackdown was doing well for a minute when the younger guys like MVP and Kennedy were running around and they still had Taker there, Eddie, Rey, Batista.. it was a better show week to week than RAW. This was the second Smackdown revitalization after they screwed up Smackdown in '02 when Heyman was booking the Smackdown six.

Vince always fukks over Smackdown when it flourishes. Regardless, MVP was a big reason why SD was must watch in that era.
