If you go back to the 90's and look at the women who were considered top tier they were all slim or fit. Halle, Nia Long, En Vogue, Jasmine Guy, etc. Janet Jackson had put some weight on then came back toned with the flat stomach.

While i don't think there's nothing wrong with either option in the OP, I do acknowledge that there is a phenomenon of our women thinking its okay to be fat.

And I blame men. When men lost recipes cause our fathers didn't pass them down to us for whatever reason, and didn't know the proper way to get women, many of us started pandering and simping to get any female attention and subsequently gassed up even fat women, because we just wanted a sniff of p*ssy, ANY p*ssy.

Then once we started to trend that way, our media started reflecting it and then it became a cycle. One generation broke all the generations that came after it.

Back in the 60s, 70, and 80s, a lot of these fat hoes would be laughed out the building. Men were honest about what they wanted and they wanted a woman who was fine and in shape with a slim waist. Women waited well until after marriage and multiple pregnancies to put on weight back in those days.

Nowadays these hoes aint pushed not one human being out of their vagina but got the nerve to be obese and then mad at us if we say something about it. They get fat BEFORE marriage and children these days.

It's sick. But I blame men.

It's easy to get fat in America. From the quality of our food to people doing very little walking. I remember going to Baltimore the first time and saw women looking like defensive tackles. Later I learned about food deserts and practically every food establishment was fast food.
