Burgers, Taco's, pizza etc. doesn't have to be made primarily with meat. I can still enjoy what I liked eating before but made with either meat alternatives or no meat at all.

Down the road; I can def' see myself a veganI don't eat no meat period....growing up I suffered from eczema, once I cut out beef out my diet my eczema went away. You gotta think about of all the hormones and the additives (drugs mainly) that are injected into meat. Some people are susceptible to get sick like I was. I mean not to mention your cholesterol level will be above normal which isn't good which can lead to heart disease and diabetes. Taking beef, pork, chicken and fish out my diet was the best thing and it's healthier for you.
I agree that too much red meat (without the correct balance of fruits and vegetables) is bad for you. I try to limit to once a week. Bacon and ribs areso i can't get with the no pork movement.
Y'all n*ggas crack me up with this "i only eat fish" stuff. The fish is more polluted than the meat. They are cloned and farm raised with hormones. Or they pull the fish out of the ocean and they are filled with plastic and mercury.![]()
