couldn't live without my burgers. if your homie is a vegetarian and still gets drunk. what in the fukk does he eat after the club??
I gave up meat years ago and never looked back. Well, sometimes I get a craving but I do not break down. If I returned to meat, I would want to buy from local butchers I trust or hunt the game myself and prepare it. Having worked near a butcher earlier in my life, and seeing how poor the quality some meat, plus how many health code violations companies sweep under the rug woke me up. To those eating meat, only go to butchers you trust, restaurants with high quality you can personally confirm (not just word of mouth), animals you killed/cooked yourself and watch yourself change.
I was more extreme in leaving it all behind. But I lost weight, shocking got stronger and lift more weight now than when I ate meat. But I have a friend who just shops local or hunts himself and he lost weigh too.
I've been a vegetarian since 2011 and don't miss meat in the slightest. Don't smoke, don't do drugs, and only drink occasionally.
I'm a vegan ass health conscious eater and do not fukk with meat and meat by products.
I've "enjoyed" meat for 17 years and I desire it no more nor do I feel like I'm missing out. it's all a mentality breh. I used to be the same way before I went vegan telling my older brother he shouldn't be so strict blah blah blah.
After Harvardcame out with a study, that it was bad--even in moderation--it was a wrap, for me
Reaction to Harvard's red meat study - Los Angeles Times
I've been lookin' to limit my meat intake, anyway
My next health step is, maybe, drinkin' red wine
In a statement issued Monday, the industry group criticized the Harvard study for relying on notoriously unreliable self-reporting about what was eaten and obtuse methods to apply statistical analysis to the data.
I've never knowingly had swine ever in my entire life. I'll never fukk with swine.
I VERY rarely eat beef, and it's almost always just on a pizza or something. Even with that I've kinda stopped with that. I've never had a steak in my life. And I love it.
