Most guys can't fight, and only throw arm punches. 9 times out of 10 its goin come down to who is stronger and more athletic. If you ain't in the gym at least some what, good luck my friend.

Honestly, i probably lift twice a week and box the other half. One day upperbody one day lower.

But i work too much, havent been in a couple months
