I love how they don’t really report on the Meth epidemic because it’s their relatives out there bad now.....I truly believe they made meth sentences worse than crack offenses, out of shame.
Meth doesn't have the type of violence associated with it the way that crack did. Maybe in Mexico for control of the corridors but not in the US.

you must’ve never seen a meth head with no meth.... they gonna get that high, my aunt live in Stockbridge, GA and drives out of her way to go to a different wall mart because of purse snatching and assaults at the one 5 mins away just to get that high... might not “rob a liquor store” but best believe that shriveled up crypt keeper lookin white boy will punch your nana in the face and run off with whatever she got.

edit** and dealers get down the same way across all drug trades even the gas man come to the door with a stick

:beli: You're talking about the Wal-Mart across the street from the Popeyes... What purse snatching breh? My little brother lives out that way and it's safe as fukk over there, his ole lady goes to that Wal-Mart by herself at 12am.

There is no drug that comes with the violence of cocaine my man... In the late 80's early 90's you had houses full of people getting knocked off for coke. These lil dudes selling weed and running around with K's aren't knocking sh1t over, ever notice how clean their guns are?

Gonna need a source on meth sentences being worse then crack sentences..

Unless you're talking about just dealing and not using. Because you know whites love wrist slapping their own

Why are yall saying it ended in the early 90's? That was actually the peak for sales and the violence associated with it. I don't think you guys realize how violent the early 90's were..

The late 90s was violent too. The early 00s had superthug dudes all on the media. I'd say the impact of the crack epidemic started to wear off around 2004 when I seen black men abandon the super baggy clothes and started to dress like early Kanye West. Also the era where EVERYONE started to go to college, even the hood dudes. Prior to 04, you still had that ignorance of mean mugging, dudes fighting kids on the block for no reason, cats trying to test you in random places, everyone not engaged in dirt were called "soft", and so on.
