be honest how many people here even liked the first sin city all that much.

nikka, the first sin city is a classic.

one of the best comic book movies, ever.
tha fukk are y'all on.

anyway, this is a robert r, and frank miller movie.
sometimes, they do well, sometimes they don't.
still doesn't stop the fact, robert r, is argueably my favorite all time director of action movies.

you can tell who was not in the trap schmoking and boom'n and bunk'n.
when, nikkaz dissing certain movies.
nikka, sin city was on loop in the hood for years when it dropped.
that, and the original grind house bootleg.

how the fukk was the first sin city no cold as hel, and not a classic.

i see the negative give no review, like usual and from people who never draw here, too.
which speaks volumes about those posters, too.

sin city ain't no classic. i mean it might be classic to YOU and that's cool and all but it definitely ain't one those flicks that was etched into the public consciousness or nothin like that.

i know the marketing for this movie wasn't the best but if it were a true classic then there would have been more interest in the sequel regardless of when it dropped. bad boys 2 came out 9 years after the first movie too but that shyt didn't flop like this.

:whoa: Elijah Wood was probably the best casting pick they made. He was born to play that psycho character ever since Frank Miller drew his nebbishy-looking ass over 20 years ago :obama:

lol i ain't mad at elijah wood i just thought he was a ridiculous character. :pachaha:

it was like okay they kidnapped these chicks and took them to this weird cabin in the middle of nowhere... oh, and they ate them... oh and it's a conspiracy tied to the church and the govt... oh, and the cabin is overseen by a hipster kung fu cannibal with creepy glasses...

sounds like something that came from quentin tarrantino's special ed cousin. :heh:

A lot of movies are flopping though. Sin City, Expendables 3, The Giver...they all flopped. And The Giver was promoted like no ones business. The viewing public is odd.

Movies are going the way of the compact disc :lupe:

I think time matters for some movies. The fan base for Sin City doesn't have the same loyalty as the fan base for Bad Boys. The only question for Bad Boys is if Martin and Will can still draw box office because Martin hasn't been in a movie since the last big momma's flop and Will needs that After Earth stench off of him. Imagine if his stuck up ass had did Django Unchained
will forever gets the :beli: for me on that one

enemy of the state is the last movie of his i fukk with and that was 98.

actually idk how that one holds up its been a minute
