Just finished my Hemavol so at the moment I'm just working with Whey protein to take after my post workout. I'm cutting back on everything else for a while cuz I've been getting a few side effects. I had been taking fish oil for the past few months and all of the sudden it killed my libido for some reason :sadcam::sadcam::sadcam:. Took about a week off without the stuff along with the Orange Triad multi-vitamins and now it's getting back to normal:whew:. Maybe I was taking too big of a dosage for my body to handle. I'll probably wait another week and then start taking em every other day in lesser amounts.

Preworkout: C4 Extreme (can't really tell if it works pump and focus, but I definitely feel the itching from the Beta Alanine)
Post workout: Two scoops of Optimum Labs Gold Standard Whey Isolate.

I guess I'm in a cutting phase, almost down 25 pounds since the beginning of this year. Wanna get down to my freshman year weight of 230-240 and start bulking up.

I found that my numbers are beating week by week just by eating, sleeping and drinking enough water. Cut out alcohol, weed and tobacco and I'm fine

A few years back I was taking so much shyt, but due to cut backs in money, I have found that I can naturally get away with barely anything.

A few weeks back I was on creatine monohydrate and that's it. I was thinking if a lactose free protein shake but they're pricey

Yeah...back when I worked at GNC, I used to go CRAZY with supps. It was starting to become too much. House was looking like work.

I used to be on Dark Matter, Mass XXX, T3 before bed, NO Shotgun, Monster Amino, Animal Pak, and a bunch of other shyt. :whew:
