Peeped the giveaways from @diggy, I see a lot of folks interested in the supps.

Here's mine

Protein: I am trying out Phase 8, usually stick with Pronom 23.
Multi: Orange Triad
Creatine Mono
Pre: Pre-Jym, White Flood, Pump Igniter
Intra/post: Purple Wraath
L-Tyrosine tablets
Just picked up some Agmatine and Glycerol Mono, curious to see how those turn out :ld:

Been making steady progress over the years, don't really go heavy into supps, but every once in awhile I drop some change on them. Don't venture too far from protein/multi/pre

My boy got me to cop some DAA powder that I have yet to take.

Obviously, I'm quite conservative when it comes to supplementing. But I'm also doing exclusively body weight exercises.

Went back to a protein shake for a snack.

Multi, Blood Builder (anemia) and 5 HTP but I don't consider those for working out purposes.

how is the EC stack treating you? Do you do hardcore cardio while taking it? And do you the recommended dosage of 3x8mg x 3 times a day? I have started to take 2 in the morning (after cardio) and 1 in the afternoon. With only 1 cup of coffee.

I love it. 3x a day on an empty stomach and wait an hour+ to eat anything.

I only do low intensity cardio on it.

Right now just a simple multivitamin, EC Stack, Whey protein for post workout and part of 1 snack, and Prime Nutrition EAA's pre-workout that I won in a diggy contest. On cutting cycle obviously.

In about 2 months once I'm done with this, it will look like:

Whey protein -- as much as I need to get to 200g daily with whole food
Creatine Mono -- Will be starting back on this before my cut is over, 3 weeks into a month-long flush out right now

Thats it. Might fukk with a pre-workout after avoiding caffeine for a couple weeks to get rid of my body's dependence.

Heard DAA was great, then heard is doesn't do much. Let me know how it turns out
ON Whey (vanilla, but I am trying strawberry)
tried NO Explode but tossed that shyt out after using it 3-4 times. just wasnt my thing
NO Xplode will have you in the bathroom doing toilet paper pulls (for reps)

i've always experienced strength and lean mass gains when taking x factor, the standard is to buy 2 bottles for a 50 day run to get the full experience.

At the minute: nothing

I found that my numbers are beating week by week just by eating, sleeping and drinking enough water. Cut out alcohol, weed and tobacco and I'm fine

A few years back I was taking so much shyt, but due to cut backs in money, I have found that I can naturally get away with barely anything.

A few weeks back I was on creatine monohydrate and that's it. I was thinking if a lactose free protein shake but they're pricey
