ok let's get done with all the speculation, conspiracy theories & biblical Khazar myths and let's get into some FACTS.

There were MANY invasions over the course of over 1,000 years that drove the native Kemites & Kushytes back into south, central and west Africa.

IMPORTANT DATES
525BC - Persian invasion
332BC - Greco Invasion
30BC - Roman invasion (source of most biblical history, AKA why the vatican calls itself the ROMAN catholic church)
639AD - Arabic invasion and why you see Sand cacs screamin Allah Akbar with AK's & suicide vests to this day

And for the c00ns & cacs who always wonder "why do AA's care so much about Egypt???". I ask you this, why do Europeans try to claim the red, white & blue? Last I checked the red Nile, blue Nile & white Nile were in Africa...

If it doesn't matter then please ask your people why they have destroyed artifacts, distorted the noses of sculptures, and lightened or whitened artwork. If it really doesn't matter then the truth should be able to stand as it is. If it doesn't matter, then why has so much effort been put into painting a false picture?
And after you are done dealing with your own people, then you can inject yourself in discussions that really don't concern you. You still will be out of line, but at least at that point it would make a bit more sense.

But I know that you are inherently unable to mind your own business and address your own people because it is easier for you to leach on like a parasite and spread your nasty mental diseases.

I don't try to rationalize with the irrational, so I didn't actually type this for you. I typed it for the sleeping who need to stop being fooled by those like you who always end up showing their true colors.

Your foot stays (rightfully) on his neanderthal neck Queen :damn:

To your point, I recently visited the Egypt exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum..check out some of these pics...

Almost every group praises a civilization that came before them. There is nothing wrong with appreciating African history as a whole. Maybe your problem is with the people that go around giving themselves the title, it is a title that holds no weight under our democracy and it is also a title they will never earn. In that case, you have to understand that people have a problem with the word "average," it's best to let them think what they want.

Truth and logic
White supremacists enjoy painting a false picture, like I mentioned before previously. It matters to them and people like them to make modern political points. It matters to the wrong people for the wrong reasons. My point was that it SHOULDNT matter at all. :snoop:

Race isn't relevant to ancient societies, white or black, in any sense other than to distort history to make political statements. Ancient societies shouldn't be racialized at all, because concepts of race didn't exist in them.

I'll ignore the rest of your ad hominem. If my true colors are those of logic, so be it. Again, I have no problem with a black Egypt, because it shouldn't fukking matter :mjlol:

I'll let you cook though :pachaha:

You are a raging racist with disgusting entitlement issues.

Who gave you the authority to tell black people what should and should not matter to us?

What are you smoking that allows you to believe that you are some sort of authority on how black people should process history or if we should process it at all?

You know nothing of our experience. You don't have to live it. Why are you in this discussion?

Calling a spade a spade is not ad hominem. You are suffering from grand delusions. You think because you know some slang and other frivolous cultural aspects that we are supposed to ignore your disgusting racist/ white supremacist mentality.

Racism doesn't always wear a hood. In fact it's most often smiling in your face saying "what up doe".:pacspit:

Really what "race" civilizations were shouldn't matter. What "race" they were provides us no real understanding of their society because those places didn't even have conceptions of race generally - for example the real solidification and formation of race as a concept in Europe began in about the 14th century as they became more exposed to Africans.

People just use the reputed "race" of ancient civilizations to make modern political points. Mostly white supremacists do it. It's ahistorical :francis:

negged.

why are you once again in a thread specifically addressing and discussing black people?

I lived there for many years and got to learn a lot about the history along the way. I did meet some AAs that came there with delusions of grandeur about Ancient Egypt only to end up disappointed.
I remember another black student that was with me in Egypt put it best when she called ancient Egypt "scraps" of black African history, which is basically what it is. I think Black Americans care so much about Egypt only because White people glorify it so much. There are so many other ancient African cultures to care about beside Egypt. Of course, Black Africans (Nubians) were at times rulers of Egypt, ruled by Egypt (even captured slaves as disturbingly depicted on monments), enemies and friends of Egypt and even intermixed with Egyptians but to say that Egypt was this original black country who was erased by white surpremicy is kind of reaching. Even the ancient Egyptians distinguished themselves from Nubians and other groups in the region.
It's not completely our fault. I mean, how much do we really learn about Africa outside of Egypt in school? I think in grade school we spent about 10 minutes learning about Khartoum, Benin..etc.

He has a point. Ancient societies shouldn't be racialized at all, because concepts of race didn't exist back then. It's silly for whites to claim ancient Roman history and it's silly for blacks to claim ancient Egypt.

Why do people apply modern societal terms like race and black towards people that had no concept of it. That's the real mystery.

Your rep indicates that you are not worthy of a legitimate response. Furthermore, "I am not a cac" is not nearly specific enough for me to overlook that red and actually give a serious response.

However, to be clear, he has no point other than to spew his white supremacist mentality.

:camby: with that "black history doesn't matter unless it's slavery" rhetoric.

Were they absconded from their native land forced to forget their culture and history systematically? How many han and ming dynasty rulers do you know of that have dna markings that are Vietnamese and Thai? Egypt definitely has Pharoahs with Sub Saharan dna.

Why claim Pharoahs when most of the people in Ancient Eygpt were slaves?
