I ain't gonna lie, after poppin a disk(herniated disk) in my back in January doing some heavy deads I haven't been doing any lower body at all.
back still hurts doing other shyt but I ain't gotta worry about it poppin again doing other shyt.
I should probably start workin back in to it but I'm to afraid to do squats and deads again cuz I remember how much it fukkin hurt last time

so i move on to some hamstring work with leg curls. Once I've filled the hams up and they're ready to blow I go on to a big compound movement of 10 sets of 12. Usually squats/deads or a variant like sumo deads.
