Legs are something that should never be neglected, and all that leg talk in the random thoughts thread got me thinking more about them. The leg extension machine has a growing reputation of being bad for your knees among other things, so brehs need to be aware on that. What's your leg workouts looking like?
Mine usually looks like:
Squats (This is pretty much most of my workout)
Some kind of calf raises, most of the time I do more than one calf exercise (standing, seated, etc.)
Hip Abduction machine
Hamstring Curls
Some time I do stiff legged deadlifts (mostly on days I do both legs and back cuz it helps both)
Every once in a while I will do leg extensions, but now I'm like and are about to drop them altogether. I'm gonna start doing lunges more, cuz it's been a while since I did those.
