I've noticed this actually
Started eating better... lost weight... healthier foods = diesel erections
when i get some wheels in the next couple weeks i'll probably be at the gym 5-6 days a week there will be lifting in there every other day. i don't intend to run on a treadmill only till i pound myself into an awkward body shape. i will admit i usually eat about 100-150 grams of protein a day but usually when i lift i drink whey to get that up.
lets be realistic here. Aim for 3-4 days a week. I don't even go to the gym 5-6 times a week. Simply, because sh*t happens and things always come up...
i think he intends to lift 3 of those days and the other 2-3 cardio
I'm just saying imo, from my experience, it's better for most people to go to the gym 3-4 times a week, because having an exercise regime consisting of 5-6 days a week become tedious after a brief period of time, unless your super duper focused. Not to mention miscellaneous things always come up which can throw off / disrupt your routine
