Them al pastor street tacos. I cook them on the smoker. Get that verticle Skewer, marinate the pork overnight, guarenteed to be amazing. Cute up some onions, cilantro, and make your own salsa with some tomatilla tomatoes.

I made some street tacos with skirt steak that I cooked on the griddle. Had the mexican's talking about this is a real taco.

Ohhh for a full order? My go-to order is 3 tacos (asada/beef, shrimp, mushroom), a cheese tamale, and chips n salsa.

Real talk, some of the best tamales I ever got was from a random ass guy on the freeway selling them a buck a piece. Mole, mole rojo, and one with plantain.

Depends on my mood..

Sometimes, I order street . Either asada or chicken. Some places make em better than others. I like all the trimmings that come with them.

Other times, I order hard shell Chicken . Once again, some places make em better than others.

If in the mood for shrimp , then I will either order em with tortillas or flour, depending on the establishment.

Surf n Turf tacos is good, depending on the place that makes em...
