Either ground beef or shrimp, depending on the day. But usually ground beef, lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese and hot sauce if I order from a restaurant. If I’m at the crib I’m also adding onions, green peppers, and diced tomatoes. Soft shell preferably, or soft shell outside the hard shell.

any and every veggies they got
any and every sauces they got

My favorite tacos are with chicken or pork.

With chicken I like a hard shell, pico de gallo, red sauce, and guacamole. Sometimes I'm okay with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.

With pork I only like it with cilantro, onions, guacamole, and some tomatillo sauce. Soft shell, btw.

Got me missing Hilbertos and Federicos 🥺

tell them you want it crispy. the texture of the crispiness/crunchiness mixed with the sauces and soft tortillas

I was Cali made but came up in South Texas. To me, true tacos are corn tortillas, meat, cilantro, fresh onion, and goat cheese. Everything else is a variation.
