What's your favorite "cheap" restaurant?

i'd go with O'Charles before they started to suck ass and Olive Garden.

I hate that they have closed all the Ruby Tuesday's down in my town except for 2. One of the ones they closed down was 3 minutes down the road from my house. Now the only ones left is one across town about a 25 min drive and the other one is about 10 mins down the highway in the other direction which isn't that bad.

I just dont get how Olive Garden has been able to con so many people into frequenting their establishment for so long. Their pasta is as basic as it gets. You that lazy that you can whip up a bowl of pasta for you and your wiz for half the cost?

I didn't pay it any mind until someone I know got a TGI Friday's gift card and
ended up boned because we don't have one here anymore...
