Austin vs Bret at Wrestlemania.

Never cared about wrestling before that match

I was at a family bbq and it was on the tv in the living room

Once i saw Austin bloodied in that Sharpshooter nothing was ever the same lol

i don't know if it was on tape or Saturday morning Superstars or what but i think it was Million Dollar Man doing one of those 'challenges' where he'd get somebody from the audience to do shyt for cash :russ:

Being at my daycare in 2002, and watching Wrestlemania X on the TV after the daycare lady’s kids checked it out at the local library.

After I saw that ladder match, it was a wrap :wow:

I also liked jerry springer as a child ( :francis:) so vince russo’s “trash tv” style was right up my alley once I stumbled upon old attitude era Monday Night Raw episodes that the kids taped.

Once I found Raw and smackdown on the TV, I never looked back. Been watching to this day, despite my extreme dislike for the current product. It’s basically background noise now

Have Stockholm syndrome brehs :mjcry:

Also shout out WWE Classics on Demand and Justin.tv for the streams :salute:real ones know that was the WWE network before the WWE network, I used to spend so much time watching old shows when it debuted

Hogan vs Warrior WM 6

I remember crying when they screwed Warrior out the title at Royal Rumble

First WCW moment was Ron Simmons winning the title.

Obviously being a Sting mark

Wrestlemania 4, specifically Hogan hitting DiBiase with the chair to give the belt to Savage. I know my parents were watching way before that, but that's the first thing I can remember watching and actually caring what happened. I also remember my dad watching GLOW here and there

"I THINK HE SWALLOWED HIS TONGUE"
Gorilla Monsoon used to always say "This is a HAPPENING"
I'll still say this from time to time when I play some of these wwe 2k games with my brothers

I remember me and my brother where vaguely aware of wrestling but nothing really stuck until we saw The Killer Bees.

Jumping Jim Brunzell and B. Brian Blair :wow:

I dont know if it was the Steelers colors or the way the announcers would get hype when they came out. . But me and my brother was :ohhh: We got really deep into tag teams after that. Then wrestling in general. At that point Pro Wrestling dominated our childhood.
