IMMIGRANT TETHERS
Sh*t like this is starting to become normal because we as black people are becoming passive. Look at this site sometimes, white folks will do something racist and there will be at least 2 black dudes in the thread defending the white people and essentially calling black people sensitive for being offended. Until black people are on a equal playing field in life, these jokes only serve to keep us down and make a mockery of us. They are laughing at us not with us..

and the sad thing is, other races or ethnicity wouldn't let shyt like this pass and have people disrespecting their ancestors. You think Jews will allow mawfukkers to make holocaust jokes? hell no. Black folks stay getting disrespected in pop culture. But, white folks got these c00ns so brainwash, they're afraid to speak up whenever they are deliberately getting shytted on.

This.
Basically to me they are saying its our ancestors fault that we act like this today.
Back then,
The black family,
Man and woman born back then,
Are from a different breed.
They were the last ones truly about caring and build a family structure.
Have any of y'all ever met someone born in the early 1900's?
They had a spirit in them that we lack.
These memes are just as bad as the MLK and Trayveon Martin flyer advertisements for clubs and parties.

I agree with this notion. I used to get upset when I saw this as well. Some posters would get more mad at the person offended by racism then the person spewing out the racism. We have to stand up for our culture and call out things as we see them. They can accuse us of playing the "race card" all they want, who cares. That phrase was made up by white people to intimidate us from speaking out against their crap.

Yeah, I was just commenting on memes like this not too long ago on Twitter.

Black people get really up-in-arms about being disrespected yet we're creating, spreading, and laughing at all the "bytches Be Like/nikkas Be Like" memes that depict black people in stereotypical situations.

From the outside, I'd bet that it looks like we have an agenda against ourselves. shyt's weird. :notsure:
