A lot of people hate on working call center, but that’s how a lot of us non-degree folks get out start.

I hopped from call center to call center for years. Learning what I could from each job, building relationships, then moving on to the next when it was time for a raise.

It takes some time, but If you set yourself apart there is growth there and you can make some good connections.

I’m a program manager with some fairly large clients (NFL / MLB teams, Large Zoos etc) but I’m working on my PMP now. Ready to start climbing the ladder to the c suite.

I gotta Asia plug that will do PMP for you for a fee if you interested

I am older than most of you…however will drop a couple of bits of info:

1, I was a senior VP veteran at JP Morgan and was on terrible money. So don’t believe the banking hype. Pay scales at these places are broken often in a bad way.
2, People lie about salary, they round it up, add total comp. I know way more people that lie about salary than tell the truth. Especially to women.
3, Because or tax brackets, really once you get to 100k GBP or $130k USD you would take stock options. We have a ceiling.
4, There are plenty of jobs where making out you earn good money is part of the finesse. HR, Talent Firms, Real Estate, any and every Pyramid- all the same.
5, Linkedn is like a k1ss ass contest to network. The genuine honest people earning good money mostly have blank / limited profiles.
The more detail on the profile, the more the fake hard sell. `I also find people that are very active on it are full of sh1t ahe are playing the long game fake sell also. Recruiters profiles are all lies btw.
.
I have been told that VP’s earn high 100’s to low 200’s base, and this is in IB. I have been trying to pivot in but don’t know if it is worth it outside of a MBB, since I am in my 30’s.

Ceo of a major Cereal Conglomerate.

Salary took a dip last year to 12 million. I got a plan to acquire King Vitamin this year. After a rebrand and new marketing campaign it will be a direct competitor to Captain Crunch. Those fakkits at Quaker Oats will not know what hit them.:banderas:

Nah, Business Ops VPs get 75-120 max, Tech 75-130 max This is 95% of the staff.
The scale for traders / RMs is where the money is that you are talking about and that includes commission.
