nikkas hate hearing about how they are today culturally almost as much as white ppl hate hearing about themselves in the past
Remember the Sistah Souljah Moment? Look that up. And he didnt do anything to change the Rockerfeller Drug Laws which unfairly sent tens of thousands of blacks and browns to prison... I wont even mention Rwanda.
Today's government assistance is way different now than it was then. Before, along with in kind benefits there were also large cash benefits as well. This was reduced under Reagan and Bush and completely ended under Clinton. This would be a good post if social welfare spending hadn't dramatically increased under Obama.
Fukk dat, nikkas was swagging when Bill Clinton was president.
Gas was $1. EVERYBODY had jobs, the Economy had a SURPLUS
Life was good
Pretty much. Black people are going through an identity crisis. A lot of Black people can't believe the world isn't as against their own personal development as they've been told and they blame personal failings on past institutional injustices. I suspect that accounts for a lot of the bitterness.nikkas hate hearing about how they are today culturally almost as much as white ppl hate hearing about themselves in the past
Sorry, but I walk down the street and see able bodied Black men and women standing around harassing people for change. There is nothing you can do for those people. They are who they are. Same goes for these Black people that love to do nothing more but be a terror to everyone and everything, including themselves and their loved ones. The ones wilin' out on the street, yelling like idiots. I've stood in the line of a McDonalds and witnessed Black men and women who beg for change on the street cuss out McDonald's workers for simply being Hispanic. If you identify with them and how they are living then yeah, I am a better human being than you and I'm glad the President is taking time out of his day to let you know what's up.Its called pandering, nuthin more nothing less,my nikka playin politics.....u might not like to hear it,but this ain't for white people.....this is for those black elitist who feel superior to blacks for whatever reason....they like to see a black they feel is one of them, talk down to us poor blacks, and "dumb" blacks becuz it makes them feeel better.....with no care of whether Obama is doing anything to help the problem,or if they themselves are doing anything to reach back and inspire in the flesh...pretty speeches and stern talk from the Obamas and Cosbys of the world is enuff for them.
i don't believe we were put on this earth to play video games and watch tv all day.
i spend way too much time on the internet. when i could be doing something more productive
Obama is right.
We need to focus our priorities elsewhere if we're gpnna be successful. The world isn't fair. Just bc white ppl can do one thing and still be successful, its not the same for us....and we meed to told that.
