Whats up with nas not being able to perform live

which is what I'm fine with, if he's not fukking up words or songs, then I expect a good performance

He's gotten MUCH better... Saw him Live at the Tabernacle in 07 and he RIPPED the entire show beginning to end.

When he released HHID I was there too, not sure if it was this concert but wasn't that when Percee P was opening for him & got booed?

Yeah his shows are pretty average, he doesn't sound like a AAA rapper on stage. But he survives cause he has AAA-material, while someone like Busta can perform average songs and you'll leave the spot on some shyt.
It's wack, cause performing your music is one of the most important features an artist can have. A great performance is unforgettable and it displays your artistic skills in real life without any studio enhancements and other digital whatever.

this..ive seen nas live and he usually kills it..i remember seeing a clip of nas getting into a poplocking battle with a cat before performing made you look..and sometimes he phones it in..but nas can truly perform...he's not like fabolous who is the WORST performer I've seen live

also why is fabolous the worst performer? id say the worst prformance i ever seen was lauryn hill two years ago. her voice was fine but her mic was fcked up the WHOLE time (hour +)

slick rick was a lil dull at the start of his show last rock the bells. he seemed like his mind was elsewhere or he was depressed. just wasnt energetic.

toward the last half of the set he transformed into a different person. maybe the crowd gave him the right vibes.

i seen papoose when he was in his "prime" at a show with ghostface and m1 (ill bill & big noyd were the openers) and he RIPPED it.

had the crowd mad hype, he spit his rhymes mad proper, he was runnin around the stage in a heavy ass avirex too LOL.

talkin about energy, at saturdays show, Redman was literally jogging in circles on stage. LOL he musta drank some monster drinks since they were sponsors.
