What's the worst way to die in Hunter x Hunter?

There was some ranking in the manga and it said that Mereum would not be among the strongest enemies on the island. He'd be a sub-boss at best.

I know they got the 5 calamities but i think in terms of raw power his awakened form may be a prob. I dont know if too many would match him on raw power. Its the other stuff where they're more dangerous. You can nuke mereum but how do you deal with shyt like the crazy diseases and curses on that island
