These women are in a glamor profession and the pressure to keep up your looks to compete is no joke.
Eventually, you age out and you cant complete with the new hoes anyway.
They get married and start to have children. They get used to living without that pressure and nature takes it course.
It happens to male celebrities, too.
Denzel seems to have decided that there's no need for him to be a sex symbol anymore and his work there is done.
Questlove once said that "what D'Angelo really wants to do is go away and get fat."
He did just that.

I don't expect a senior damn citizen to still be killing the game.
But on the other hand, there's no reason to completely let yourself go and voluntarily check in to Lawrence Holmes Gardens.
Being healthy is important as you age, looking good is just a by product.

Breh, 50+ years and you start slipping is not exactly "hitting the wall". Hitting the wall is when you looking at around 30. There are better examples of that in this thread.

That's why I'm saying it's a reach to mention her in this thread of "saddest" cases.

Slipping at 50+ is practically aging gracefully, some folks confusing the two in this thread not only for Pam either. The mass majority of women/men don't look that desirable in the first picture you posted of her at 53. That's all I'm basically saying.

Shaq looked super unhealthy to me.
As an ex-athlete, he shouldn't have aged so badly.
Most of those 90's and 00's ex-NBA dudes looked much healthier than Shaq, even Charles Barkley fat racc00n ass.
Shaq's skin was gray and his eyes were yellow.
