Wrong. It's lifestyle based, or as I said, a born defect. Sometimes children are born with rubbish immune systems which is why they get cancer at such a young age. On the other side, usually cancer is stricken when someone is past adult-hood because the immune system has taken such a blow due to a unhealthy lifestyle.

Black strap molasses has more magnesium than a green leafy vegetable for example.

To maintain a healthy blood pressure level I have to increase my sodium intake.

I have low cholestral levels.

I barely eat salty fried food, however eating a diet higher in salt not drinking alcholol, improving circulation all lead to raising it to a normal level.

And my dad and brother in law both have high cholesterol levels. Minus veggies I've always eaten pretty healthy :manny:

I have very low blood pressure as well...and adding more sodium is helpful...but if you eat salty/fried food it will catch up later in life. My dad is a big guy and he has high cholesterol. His best friend is skinny and very active...snowboards, water skiis etc....and he's fit...but his cholesterol is up the roof...higher than my dad's. You have to be somewhat cautious.

You my dog Reincar but this thread is fukkin retarded. Because YOU dont have any health problems and are able to not eat greens does not mean you don't need them. Keep at it and I guarantee you will have some health issues, minor or major, of some kind. Everyone needs to consume vegetables. Point blank period. Whoever says otherwise is fooling themselves.

Where did I say fatty foods are good for you?

I said I personally to increase my low blood pressure have to increase my sodium intake which I do through fatty foods loaded with salt once in a while.

You don't 100% need them but they are good for you. You can be healthy without them, which is the basic point of this thread. Avoid junk foods and eat fruits, high fiber foods, good protein sources. Basically a clean balanced diet without veggies.
