First off, the answer is clearly metal gear solid

But on a much more serious note, it is tragically clear that a large number of you don't understand the meaning of the words overrated or underrated. A few examples...

Twisted Metal
Tekken
Max Payne

Virtua Fighter is a great example. The franchise deserves more appreciation.

But it isn't underrated

Franchises are not underrated by their very name. Brehs in here call Battle Network underrated it had 3 games, a spin off, and a FUKKIN SATURDAY MORINING CARTOON.

rainbow 6 siege is the best fps I have played in the last decade. the franchise doesn't even receive anywhere near the recognition other fps games like cod or even battlefied get ,

I have never understood the degree of hate this franchise gets, when it is clearly obvious (to me at least) that a lot of effort goes into making each game a grand cinematic experience.

I remember playing Black Ops, and getting to the "Kill Castro" mission, and when its revealed you killed a body double instead, I was legit and it rivaled many of the great reveals I've gotten from movies over the years - with the exception that I myself was part of it.
