What's The Hardest Body Part For You To Sculpt?

Chest. Body holds on to that weight the longest. When I get everything on point, it goes completely flat. Can't find the middle ground between bird chest and lil moobs.

Abs get flatter with every 3 to 5 lbs I drop...very predictable.

Shoulder, arm and leg genetics are pretty good.

lower abs, cant get the last 2 to show. I don't like doing dedicated ab work I just do leg raises in between sets or when i am bored

biceps for me.

Ive been training my calves since I was a teen by running hills, steps and max weight on leg machines. my calves are fukkin huge and I only do leg day maybe twice a month. Im going to put legs back on my regiment though.
