I never understood how anyone made it into high school not knowing the difference.

in my case...its the physical things that start going..i turned 30 this year
its harder to maintain a physique, longer to recover from workouts..seeing particular physical gifts you have start to disappear (in my case; vertical leap and handspeed)
can't stay up all night like you used to..passing out early on friday nights or after a big meal
yes i have no tolerance for today's youth and the things they do
double edge sword but...
you cant undo the recovery thing..however.. you can regain 100% your hand speed and about 85% your leap... if you train your muscles with physiotherapy type exercise..
but be willing to pay the price in recovery pain.. and work twice as hard...

Also knew I was old when I started to think some brews and the PS2/Xbox was an acceptable Saturday night activity.
