in my case...its the physical things that start going..i turned 30 this year
its harder to maintain a physique, longer to recover from workouts..seeing particular physical gifts you have start to disappear (in my case; vertical leap and handspeed

can't stay up all night like you used to..passing out early on friday nights or after a big meal

feeling old bc im 25 and not even graduated from college yet. i took a 4 year hiatus when i was 20. going back this winter.
have a dislocated disc in my back.. which restricts me from many activities... if i move the wrong way my whole body locks up in pain. dont know how to fix this.
feeling old bc i feel the rush to have kids now... but i have to finish school first and find a worthy husband...like where the hell am i gonna find that at?
so many things i wanted to accomplish by this age and i havent even started....

Honestly Though At 30 Im In The Best Shape Of My Life Right Now And Feeling Awesome So I Cant Complain In That Department

Also, just seeing who is the new rap artists on the scene and the shyt they're talking about. I don't know any of them and I laugh hard when a 19 year old talks about music.
I was at my girls parents yesterday, her little bro comes in talking bout "You gotta download this song, you have to really love and appreciate music to get it" So i`m sitting there like hmmm, maybe young buck is up on something, he says "React by Childish Gambino" she plays it, he goes onto saying how there's so many classic lines in it, I heard this dude say "You can't go HAM, you're Jewish"
I was disgusted. The game done passed me up, but thank God it did.

once i have more time to focus on that issue ill try a chiropractor and see what they can do.... altho i think its something im gonna have to live with... had issues with my back since i was about 12-13 and its just gotten worse this year with my job.
