I WFH so this downtime during the day be crazy. Imma have to find an activity that gets me out of the house.
So if that is your free time.. I recommend working on the wrist with cooking you something. anything you like you can get damn close or better, but for sure healthier. I just made a pot pie from scratch.. My Mom. Wife Kids and gkids ate it. People eating your food is some fulfilling ass stuff

I definitely will. Good call.

I just need a reason to leave the house after work. I usually go out for a walk or jog in the neighborhood pero it will be dark and cold at 4-5 PM so I’ll sign up at the gym until it gets warm again.

Sometimes I take a nap when I get home from work at 5. Then wake up at 7ish to get to the gym by 7:30pm.
