Get into a sport, find a soccer league, try some boxing classes, crossfit, rock climbing.I have language classes 1-2 times per week.
Gym and exercise is also a top priority of mine.
I could do more with my little but he’s in college and got a GF now so he be busy
What people don't talk about enough about getting in shape are the long boring mundane periods before it's time to exercise again or eat again.
