Well, they are wrong as the human body needs at least 20g of carbs as a minimum for your system to function properly otherwise you risk death.

You certainly need carbs but you can restrict them is what I assume they meant to say. Don't forget fibre isn't considered as part of the net carbs since it's indigestible so for example if you are eating 100g of dried lentils and the carbs amount to 60g and the fibre content is 30g then you are only consuming 30g of carbs which is incredibly easy.

I personally eat anywhere from 50-100g (depending on how I feel) on a daily basis without bloating.

All of this is super inspiring! I’ve generally been in the 180 range most of my adult life but stepped on a scale this past weekend and almost fell over when I saw 205. gotta get outta Chick-fil-A and back in my sprinting shoes. Leafy greens eeryday and hella water. I got a gym right in the building I just moved into but was scared to pay the monthly without really being in the habit of going. I’m ready to commit cause last few weeks been really feeling like a new level of flabby.

Edited to help a little bit. Do some short HIIT. Whatever you like. Doesn't have to be sprinting just avoid steady slow cardio unless you love it.

Nah I actually hated it in the sense that I found it boring. Would just turn on a podcast while I did my miles. I’ll give HIIT some research and an honest try, thanks breh

Nowadays I don't count but when I was cutting I don't think I dipped below 200

I tried to go low carb on a previous cut and I was weak and flat all the time. But again I know people losing weight fast with keto. So try shyt and see what works for you. Everyone is different

SMH, cmon bruh. Nobody risking death by eating 20g of carbs a day, stop misleading the people.

Maybe you might be drained if it’s a heavy cardio day, but sub 20g of carbs is essentially keto, and millions of people do that diet yearly without “risking death”. You’re not endangering your health by eating low carb.

This isn't up for debate.

Nutritionally speaking you need to eat carbs as that is the main source of food humans were designed to eat.
