Grill, reverse sear, but if I had a sous vide o would have used that to bring up to temp then finish on the grill, still expect good results though.

i currently love carne asada which i believe is flank steak or skirt steak which most meat snobs probably would look down on. but the flavors are there
of all time i would say ribeye but it's usually too much meats for me so i get filet minon which is not that good
short ribs are amazing too but complicated
