As someone who was always more into basketball, I find the NFL is way better. And this is nothing to do with the season openers (frankly I found out few days ago).

Even some girl was talking me regarding basketball “it’s so boring. They don’t even look like they’re trying”.

Constant iso, 3 point shots and back and forth 20 point leads

I think the NFL might be better cause literally every week counts. Every inch matter even though it’s 60 mins. Basketball they start worrying after the all star break. Even in the NFL, each playoff game everything is on the line

I read somewhere viewership in the US for NFL is wayyyyy more than NBA and that NBA is consistently going down.

For those who choose NBA - what’s your reasoning?

As someone who likes both, I honestly think the NBA has the better overall product :manny:

I think we all expect Chiefs to 3peat this year :francis: Yeah Pat is playing like ass rn but I expect him to play well in January. It's up to CJ and the Texans to stop him as I have no faith in Allen or Jackson beating the Cheifs in January.

Pacers/Pistons was a good game tonight, a playoff team against one of the worst teams in the league last year was pretty competitive :leon: meanwhile that Chargers/Cardinals MNF game was beyond :trash:

Come back when they play each other in late January when Detroit is playing for lotto position. Everything looks competitive in game one of a season. There were also two 30 pt blowouts and there was 10 games on the slate tonight and half of those ended in double digit finales.

Breh Mahomes playing like legit ass this year outside of the magical plays he's known for. 6 TDS 8 ints through 6 games :scust:meanwhile Lamar is on fire. I used to prefer basketball too but the NFL been unfukkwitable for me since the Legion Of Boom was out here going crazy with Beast Mode and baby hair on the other side of the ball, fast forward to today we got all kinda black QBs at the top of the hierarchy and I'm loving it

If you like both, then what’s stopping you from watching both?

I like boxing and I like UFC. Sometimes a boxing card is trash and I pass on it, sometimes a UFC card is trash

But I don’t gotta deprive myself of one over the other when it’s two completely different dynamics to follow and engage in.

The answer is just watch both or watch neither if you’re not enjoying it. What another man prefers shouldn’t be a prerogative

Easily the NBA and that’s Because watching the Knicks is a way way way more enjoyable experience than watching the Jets.

Knicks >>>>> Jets
