NO

JON IS A BETTER WRESTER THAN CORMIER...

HE WOULD HAVE TAKEN HIM DOWN
AND FINISHED HIM.

you wylin bro. This isn't an excuse for who won the fight but Jon Jones is nowhere near a better wrestler than Cormier. He's physically built to disable it and his wrestling is very good. I'm thinking skill you're thinking ability. ok let bygones be bygones and fukk outa here..

Right. I turned the post fight off because bisping was talking some shyt about how he wasn't impressed with jones and he didn't look very good :stopitslime:

People personal feelings towards the man getting in the way.

It's funny because DC was calling jones arrogant. But dc actually comes off as more arrogant. He thinks he's owed something for never doing drugs or getting in trouble. Self righteous dude.

And his arrogance showed in his performance tonight. Walking forward with no respect. Overconfident like.he can't be touched. He learned the hard way and got brutalised for his mistake.

I know. Like mofo you've lost 2 fights in your ufc career now, both to Jones the GOAT. How you talkin shyt after he already beat you the 1st time, easily lol.

Bisping a hater, anyone not biased could see Jones was never in trouble, always in control. If that head kick (which was beautiful, setup and all), didn't land, DC was catching elbows and knees the rest of the fight.

JONES HAS BEEN TAKEN DOWN TWICE
IN HIS WHOLE CAREER...

THE WHOLE BEEF STARTED
BECAUSE JON TOLD DC
HE COULD TAKE HIM DOWN THE 1ST TIME THEY EVER MET....

HE ENDED UP TAKING HIM DOWN 6 TIMES IN THAT 1ST FIGHT.

HES NEVER BEEN OUTWRESTLED...

RUMBLE WOULD HAVE BEEN AN EASY WIN.

JONES IS THE GOAT
DEAL WITH IT.

I wouldn't be so quick to count out Brock against Bones. Brock is 6'4 with an 80 inch reach and will definitely put Jones on his back whenever he chooses. Jones best bet would be to play matador for a couple of rounds and hope Brock gasses.

Jones has excellent takedown defense and is a better technical fighter than Brock. Now, Brock can easily overwhelm him with strength and such (and as we've seen in the MMA world, technique tends to trump strength usually), but the key to beating Lesnar in the UFC (diverticulitis aside) has been to defend his take downs. He also doesn't take well to being hit and Jones is one of the most unorthodox strikers in the world, though he probably doesn't have the power of a Overeem or a Velasquez.

The point is ... Bones in theory could wash this dude. Will he? Unknown.
