Basically PBS has always been there for low income families and prepares children for school. Considering that Romney already admitted to not being worried about the Poor since they have a safety net. I'm not shocked he wants to cut funding for something like PBS. To even argue that it's wasteful to spend money on a channel like PBS that actually helps to educated children (I've been watching PBS since I was a kid in the 80's) while not saying anything about Wall St. and Gas companies is exactly why he clearly doesn't care about the average person. Everything this man is proposing to cut seems to affect low income and minority families most.
The media doesn't sensationalize Obama and Biden's gaffes the way they do Romney and Ryan's.
To suggest otherwise means you're not being honest with yourself.
Take MSNBC as an example. Fox isn't an extension of the Romney campaign the way MSNBC carries Obama's water.

Romney is out there saying he is going to cut taxes for everyone, reverse the spending cuts that Obama proposed or made, and curb the deficit.
In other words, America is going to spend more money, take in less money, and the deficit is going to......shrink?
They can't let the American population be responsible for realizing that the math there just doesn't compute. As obvious as it sounds, the dem party has to clearly spell out the fact that Romney's plan makes no sense and is just going to increase the difference between the haves and the have nots the same way trickle down economics and deficit spending have always done.

Like I said earlier, you realize if the federal spending was cut from PBS it would still be there? Sesame Street, in particular, is a giant.
20-30 years ago, sure PBS served a vital purpose for children growing up as a lot of ppl had a TV but no cable. But there are literally millions of 20 minute DVD's that children watch in place of PBS. You cant just throw bunny ears on a TV anymore and get channels 2,4,7 and 13. At leastaround here you cant.,

Obama had a lot of weak debate performances in the primaries.
Romney had a a lot of strong primary debates this year (went a Gingrich, Perry, Santorum)

and romney stunk up the place all the way threw these primaries.. his only advantage was that everybody else was just as shytty as him but less paid..
