i usually watch oreilly every night. dont think i can watch it tomorrow. he's probably gonna have a homecoming party for him or some sh1t.

i do think its' gon be what happened in 2000. when romney wins the popular vote but obama wins electoral votes

That's not gonna happen. Obama's electoral map advantage is way too big.

Bruh, monetary and fiscal policy alone affect you more than a local government decision to put cameras on a traffic light ever will

perhaps in some places

alabama is actually booming compared to other states right now :usure:

THis isn't an elderly Mccain...Obama is looking like Rocky in the first round, and Romney came out like the Russian.

"Obeezy" better hope this election ends like the movie.

I expect the same from Ryan and Biden...he's not debating Sarah Palin..the old man will go down easier than warm soup

Romney needed to do 3 things in this debate to make an impact:

Be likeable
Connect
Lay out specifics

He failed on all counts. Obama probably scored a lot of points in likeability by smiling a few times and being calm...its superficial but that shyt counts. :manny:

cmon man

Every news network is in agreement who won the debate

I'd have to say Romney "won" the debate by a small margin. I don't think he was better on substance and policy at all, but he won on presentation and perception, which is what matters in these things.

Romney was killing him at first, but Obama gradually started wearing on him and getting the upperhand later on, but overall I'd give it to Romney.

I have to say I was wrong about Romney's debating skills. I based it off what I saw in the Repub debates, which wasn't impressive at all. But he seemed more natural and in his element debating more from the center instead of pretending to be Rush Limbaugh-type hack like in the primary debates. It's amazing how this dude is such a chameleon. He's been running to the far right all along, then he switched it up with agility for the debate. I think he caught Obama off-guard just like he did everyone else.

He landed points by hitting Obama on economic numbers during his presidency. There was a LOT of bullshytting going on. He wasn't specific on anything, but but he carried it well.

Obama  by basically playing a prevent defense. He's ahead in the polls and he decided to play and cool and try to not fukk up instead of putting his foot on Romney's neck. I expect him to be more aggressive in the next debate. He's gonna get him on foreign policy.

Once again, I've been saying all along this year uncannily mirrors 2004. And if you recall Kerry murked Bush in the first debate...and still lost.

Let the pundits talk. Obama went in with a smooth strategy. He let Romney be the attack dog. Obama just sat back and let Romney bury his own grave. Trust me. The Far Left is mad cause Obama didn't stick the knife in but He got this. Romney looked desperate cause he was losing to begin with. Media is going to say Romney won cause they got to keep it close for ratings. Obama is still the President of the U.S. he can't come out emotional like Romney did. The Moderator was TERRIBLE, he lost control of the debate from the beginning. Obama is winning, he didn't need to be on the Attack. Romney is one losing that's why he was more aggressive.

I guess all that matters in a debate is speaking with more style..doesn't matter that 90% of what u say are false promises or straight up lies. Long as u talk louder and show more emotion you won :yeshrug:.

you have to realize how many people are unaware of what is said before the debates. And yes, the majority of what is important in debates isn't actually what is said. It's a part of it, but not all of it

i tried to tell u about romney homie. he's very good at debating. it helped that he had a moderator that threw no curverballs.
