I literally thought that movie was going to be “The Passion Of The Christ” of slave movies. When I learned about Nat Turner in school I was like “Yo this would be FIRE movie ”

The soundtrack was piff too

But then when I watched the movie....

So damn lackluster and disappointing. Ruined Nate Parker’s career and pretty much blacklisted him too cause of that rape case (that he was acquitted of btw..)

Other movies that disappointed me:

The Rise of Skywalker (To this DAY, I don’t understand how some y’all HATED “Last Jedi” but love that shyt )

Frozen 2 (loved the first one, but that movie was a rare Disney miss)

Batman: The Killing Joke (SUCH A LAYUP and they fukked that up. Batgirl’s prelude was NOT needed at ALL. A RARE brick by DC animated)

The Lion King 2019 (Jon Favreau fukked that up SOOO bad......glad he got The Mandalorian right though)

In defense of Nate Parker I believe they edited the fukk outta that movie especially the ending. From early reports the rebellion was much more violent than what got released

I mean it is terrible plot wise, but the robot fights and transforming is all I wanted from the jump and it delivers.

Napoleon Dynamite.... The way people hyped this you would've thought this movie was changing the comedy genre forever. Instead I fukking laughed once during the movie. I've seen a lot of bad movies in my life but this is the only movie we're I felt like I was robbed of 2 hours of my life, 2 hours I'll never get back.
