Poisonous insects for sure. Imagine if just every spider on the planet was intelligent and wanted to off humanity. They could conceivably eliminate hella world leaders in one night.
Considering how smart they are now, they’d be a fukking PROBLEM with more intelligence and more than a year on the clock to work with.

Do they have our Intellect? Being able to understand that they exist in a wider world doesn't mean much. It could actually work in our favour as it could increase their fear of death.
What would fukk us over is having the intellect needed to set aside their differences and mobilise.

ya I’d be afraid of any insects under these circumstances but definitely these 2 in particular…probably ants more so
