Focus on Showtime/Spike/ESPN/Bounce for airing their cards
Make Sugar Ray Leonard the public face of PBC
Settle on one promotional company to handle PBC cards

That was maybe the most surprising thing from the whole article. I didn't know they were trying to get Wilder out of the Povetkin fight. Not saying Wilder wanted out, but PBC wanted an easier path for him.

curious..why sugar ray? he hasn't exactly been on point in PBC broadcasts hes been on..in fact the only thing memorable from him was the slightly uncomfortable banter he had talking about how handsome, i think it was spence, was..where he was practically fawning over dude and not talking boxing

Sugar ray sucks as a commentator but as the face of the company/spokeman he would be great. People still love Ray, he's personable and can be the guy to give interviews and deliver PBC's messages to the public.

i haven't even watched the pbc events anymore since garcia/guerrero

khan left that loser and instantly booked a huge fight with canelo lol

thurman/porter was the only good thing they have and who even knows if thats gonna happen

al haymon seems to think that his "premier" fighters collecting an L is the worst thing that can happen ever. naw the worst thing is letting your fighters sit on an undefeated streak fighting boring ass unmemorable fights for years on end.
