Yeah according the the game dude would have been green lit. Just saying it was cold for Stringer to do that knowing how much he meant to Avon so that may have been a cold as Avon doing it himself.

I agree. You could tell Avon was lashing out bc of the failed Marlo hit and Stringer was the convenient target.
