What villain should they use for "The Batman" 2? (spoilers)

Now that this is out we're bound to get a sequel in a few years. This one already had Riddler, Penguin (I'm sure he'll be back) and Catwoman. Who from the Rogues Gallery would be a good fit for the sequel?

Joker? They hinted at him at the end, although they'd have big shoes to fill.
Two-Face? Maybe have him more like the comics (where he's a mob boss) and replace Falcone?
Black Mask? He could also be trying to replace Falcone.
Ra's Al Ghul and the League of Shadows?
Bane?
Poison Ivy? (She's too cartoony for this universe IMO)
Mr. Freeze? (Same)
Others?


I'm kind of thinking they should build up Joker a bit more (similar to how the MCU did Thanos) before making him the primary villain. Some of the other villains are a bit too silly for the universe.

I think Two-Face or Black Mask would be a good fit. Could also see the League of Shadows working.

I’d love to see Hush in the next one. If Reeves goes wild with it and we get Clayface then I’d be even happier. The Court of Owls being featured feels necessary given the underlying corruption in Battinson’s world.

Personally think they should hold off on Joker one more time if they’re going that route.

I would love to see a Waylon Jones style Killer Croc with the sharpened teeth and scaly skin condition, brolic as shyt and whipping Batmans ass. Havent had a breh as a proper villain since Aquaman

Clayface, directed by a good horror or suspense movie director, is a REALLY slept on source of opportunity. He's a legitimately scary character when done right, with both a mystery/unknown threat element, and a monster element...as well as being a 'tortured soul'.

Theres few DC villians I want on screen more than Clayface, BRANIAC, or Vandal Savage

First off id introduce harvey dent as a good guy that helps take out penguin and Co…and at the end of the movie where dent is gloating in the court room…id have the guy on the stand throw acid(which would be in a glass/cup)…dent falls down holding have his face as it melts off and credits

for the 2nd film id have penguin continue his role but half way thru penguin is locked up…the main villian would be hush who penguin hires to kill batman and hugo strange has a cameo where he talks about a patient thats always laughing
