I hope they not rushing Deebo back, just to play the bum Eagles.

I don’t think they’re rushing Deebo back. His recovery timeline was 12-16 weeks and this is week 16. He should be good to go since he practiced all week with no setbacks

I’d only give him half the snaps in his first game back tho

Y’all hyped up Trent Taylor the last 2 seasons :mjlol:

He hasn’t done shyt with everyone being out

:trash:

I rather cut that bum and sign Hasty

I will say this.... he really hasn’t been given much to do but when they have gone to him most cases he produced.

Last week he only have like one target and he caught it on a 3rd and Long:ehh:

I will say this though, they do either need to use him more like they did his first year or let him go.

Im cool with either direction but he definitely ain’t Pettis

With McKinnon in the game, Taylor becomes redundant. Their skillsets are basically identical, but McKinnon gets handoffs as well (He shouldn't. But he does.)

It's not as problematic to have WRs with similar skillsets if they're able to be an offensive threat in multiple places. Taylor is a holdover from the previous era where all the skill players weren't looked at to be half WR, half RB, and then expected to block coherently as well. He's not a guy built for this offense, and it shows :yeshrug: His utility ain't there. It's a shame Pettis is... Pettis, because dude would actually be pretty effective playing in the slot with the contact cushion he'd get and his previously-heralded shiftiness. But... well. He's still himself. That being said, with Reed out, I imagine we'll see more 3 wide than initially expected, though my money is on them going with Samuel/Aiyuk/Sanu or Samuel/Aiyuk/Bourne more than using the others.

hes strictly a slot guy, sanu essentially will take all his snaps
