I moved to Charlotte from Baltimore, MD in 2010, and regretted it. Boring as fukk. Up north, you see people EVERYWHERE (sidewalks, bus stops, etc.). Down here, it's WAY too quiet for me, and the only place you see people are in stores n shyt. In my opinion, NC is somewhere you'd only really enjoy if you're older, or you grew up here. I'm only 20 :manny:
Im 31 so that prob makes the difference. I dont think I would have liked Charlotte 10 years ago either. Its also a better city for couples than single folks. Dating pool here is :flabbynsick: from what I've seen.

nikkaz really think those boring ass cities in NC has as much to offer as Chicago.:mjlol:
Wat does Chicago have to offer besides snow, wind, high costs of living and gentrification?

How many times do u go to museums/concerts/fancy restaurants a year? That shyt dont count if u dont actually use em. Down here I do 1 fancy restaurant a month at the minimum and prob 4-5 concerts a year. U doin that in Chicago? :stopitslime:

U talkin about beaches...... Lake Michigan doesnt even hit 70 degrees :heh: U nikkas have to swim in sweatsuits to keep warm :mjlol:

Have u ever even been anywhere outside Chicago? I have met a LOT of up north brehs on that "I never been anywhere but dont u go down south!!!! U be in a whole HEAP o trouble. A WHOLE HEAP!!!!! :lupe:"

We had 70 degree days down here in December breh. How was Chicago lookin at that time? And Chicago is a second class city anyway, nobody dreams of moving to Chicago :dead:

I looked for homes that weren't in foreclosure since that tends to narrow down the list quite a bit.

I would up with 36 results.

Average price was like 360k.
Every one of them was undervalued by at least 40k. Some of them by over 100k.
Average square footage was around 1,400

Damn, looks nice.

I never go out Falls Church.. girl I was talking to works out there.

That condo posted there is a small pocket community so take that with a grain of salt. Falls Church has some good areas but it's mostly smaller homes built from the 50's and sparks of redevelopment. It's one of the next in line for long term redevelopment in NoVA, just taking some time.
