I have a lot more flexibility since I work from home. I'm normally a late night gym goer but lately I've been going at lunch, anywhere between 11:30 and 2:00, depending on scheduled conference calls and meetings. On lifting days I'll do my stronglifts workout and then later in the evening I'll go to the gym by the house with my wife and lift with her. Cardio days (Tues and Thurs) I'll hit the pool and swim laps for 30-45 minutes
