Use the Internet to make money, or expand your knowledge. Watching worldstar videos, and sh1t like that will obviously stunt your brain development. But their is no difference between us magazine and tmz.. As a person who grew up in the "hood" without the Internet, I would probably still be there, or making videos on said worldstar.

its to the point where im bored only watching tv or only using the interwebs :snoop:

damn this demonic machine :damn:

I have realized now that I am normally on my phone with some shyt pulled up on my laptop with the tv during certain parts of the day. Like if i was just watching tv that shyt would be too boring. :wtf:

Who does this shyt brehs whats happened to me. The other day I was playing nba 2k and watching netflix at the same time. Our brains are becoming programmed to not be satisfied unless they are completely overwhelmed with information/distraction :damn:

Some times i think the internet might be the worst vice i have. :lupe:

A study revealed this. I got rid of the internet at my house. Now, i have to get out of the smart phone non-sense.
I dont have a TV anymore either.

The internet is very dangerous to your brain. it's not because of World star or youtube. it's the mere act browsing on the internet that does the damage. It re-wires your brain. You no longer need to store information or think about anything because the internet does all that for you.

Reading books helps with concentration, so do games. i also try to jog. I also continue to draw, paint, practice piano and sharpen my ochestral mock-ups. I also do volunteer work now. it's great.

Plus the NSA stores all internet activity, which really bothers me. I not really big on social media, so the internet is easily removed from my life.

Every night I'm cycling between several devices. I'm not satisfied with just one.

Good Video....when Im on the net at home im mainly going back and fourth between the same 5 or 6 sites. Twitter, facebook, coli, and a few photography sites.

I go bike riding or go to the gym every day and I never bring my phone with me. That way I can kind of unplug and organize my thoughts.

One of the best things to do for your mental well being is to go outside and enjoy the sunlight, practice deep breathing and making some time to mull over the things that have been going on in your day/whatever goals that you want to achieve...does wonders for me and helps me focus on the most important things in my life, my business plans and "cognitive" health

Why all the hate for a youngin in school...

I'm straight on working at McDonald's....

I'd rather be expanding my mind a few hours a day, then flipping burgers or doing drugs. Go on and be mad though....

So you're a "youngin in school" and you're lecturing normal people about talking a day off from the computer, when you don't even have to worry about shyt?

My job revolves around being at a computer.

I can't take a 4 hour lunch break just to clear my head.

When you try to use your lounging around in Starbucks as a model for our behavior, you sound stupid.
