Well Jay Rock supposed to have next. SBQ said he tryna drop this year too. If Soul was smart he'd be hard at work making a new record.

DWTW is dope, but not the best he has to offer.

I see and with that said he that is only one album, you got to give him a break for that lol. Dude just wanted to experiment with these days plus he couldn't release the album he wanted to at the time called unit 6 with singer jmsn. He also wanted to show people he could do what others were doing at the time.

With that said, Ab need to drop more fire and I can't wait for his next album.

DWTW squashed every doubt that I had of Ab Soul. Album was damn near perfection, yet TDE somehow managed to fukk that up along with Lance Skiiiwalker's album.

What made that album special is how dark it was. In a way, it felt like a modern day "Soul on Ice" with the production and lyrical content. I just wish dude got the Kendrick treatment as far as physical copies of Soul's album is concern, especially vinyl .
